AHEAD Executive Director Dr. Laura Perna Awarded New Grant to Research Higher Education Attainment

Dr. Laura Perna has received a $500,000 grant from Lumina Foundation for a new project entitled, “Improving Equity in Higher Education Attainment in the United States.” Dr. Perna and her team will focus on continuing their work with The Pell Institute on the Indicators of Higher Education Equity reports and will identify “best practices” that are used by colleges and universities that both enroll and graduate high shares of low-income students.
