The Dream Weber program provides students with income less than $40K with free tuition and general fees to attend Weber State University. Students must be Utah residents and be undergraduates who have completed less than 150 credit hours, and must qualify for a Federal Pell grant. Students must also maintain a course load of 12-18 credit hours, complete the FAFSA, and maintain a 2.0 GPA. The program is funded through a combination of federal, state, and private dollars.
