FSCJ Promise (Florida State College at Jacksonville)
The FSCJ Promise was established in 2017 for first-time, full-time college attendees who graduate from public high school in Duval or Nassau County in Florida. The program funds the first two years of FSCJ leading to an Associate's degree on a last dollar basis. Students must be eligible for a Federal Pell grant and the program will cover the costs for up to 1,000 students per year. The program is funded by individual donors and a combination of federal, state, local, and corporate sponsors.
