Hawai'i Promise
The Hawai'i Promise will provide a last-dollar scholarship to Hawaii residents attending University of Hawai'i community colleges. The scholarship would cover unmet need and pay for tuition, books, fees, supplies and transportation on a last dollar basis. The award is administered by the University of Hawai'i system.
