Onondaga Community College Advantage
Beginning with freshmen of the high school class of 2020, students from East Syracuse Minoa or Solvay Union Free School District who successfully complete the OCC Advantage program while in high school automatically receive a full tuition scholarship for two years of full-time enrollment at Onondaga Community College.
