Rochester Promise
The Rochester Promise was established in 2007 for Rochester public school graduates who attended at least two years. The award provides a $25,000 tuition benefit on a last dollar basis at University of Rochester. High school graduates must also meet merit requirements. The program is supported by University of Rochester, City of Rochester, and School District of Rochester.
