TOPS (Taylor Opportunity Program for Students) -Tech Early Start Program
The Louisiana TOPS Tech Early Start Award was established in 2005 for Louisiana residents attending Louisiana public high schools. The award provides $600 per year on a first dollar basis to 11th and 12th grade students at any in-state community college or vocational training program. Students must also meet merit requirements. The program is funded by Louisiana's general fund and the state's Millennium Trust.
