Chicago Star Scholarship
The Chicago Star Scholarship was established in 2014 for residents of Chicago who graduate from Chicago Public Schools. The award provides free tuition to the City Colleges of Chicago system on a last dollar basis. High school graduates must also meet merit requirements to be eligible. The program is funded by the City Colleges of Chicago.
