Say Yes Syracuse
Say Yes Syracuse was established in 2008 for Syracuse residents attending at least 10-12th grades in Syracuse public schools. The award covers up to full tuition on a last dollar basis for any in-state public or private 2-year or 4-year institution and some out-of-state private institutions. The program is funded by Say Yes to Education, Syracuse City Schools, and other local agencies.
