Youth 2 Leaders Education Foundation - College Dream Fund Scholarship

    Youth 2 Leaders Education Foundation - College Dream Fund Scholarship was established in 2009 for residents of Kern County. The award provides undocumented students with $500 to $5000 in aid on a last dollar basis at any college or university. Students must also meet income requirements. The program is funded by Youth 2 Leaders Education Foundation.
