West Virginia Higher Education Grant
The West Virginia Higher Education Grant was established in 1968 for West Virginia residents who have lived in West Virginia for at least 12 months. The award provides up to $2,600 on a first dollar basis at any in-state public or private 2-year or 4-year institution in West Virginia or Pennsylvania. Students must also meet income requirements. The program is funded by a West Virginia state appropriation.
