West Hills President's Scholars Program
West Hills President's Scholars Program was established in 1996 for students attending any high school within the state of California and will enroll into West Hills Community College. The award provides free tuition for two years and a $250 book stipend per semester. Students must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and no grade of "D" or below in grades 10th-12th. Awards are on a first dollar basis. The program is funded by The West Hills College Foundation.
