A+ Scholarship Program
The A+ Scholarship was established in 1993 is for Missouri residents who graduate from a designated high school and attend participating public community college or vocational/technical school, or certain private two-year vocational/technical schools. Students must meet merit requirements. The program covers full tuition on a last dollar basis. The program is funded through general state revenue and lottery revenue.
