Salinas Valley Promise Program

    The Salinas Valley Promise was founded in 2018 for graduates from high schools or adult schools within the Hartnell Community College District. The award covers first-year enrollment fees for full-time study (2 or more units) on a last-dollar basis. There are no other income or academic requirements.
