Rutgers University-Newark Talent and Opportunity Pathways Program
The Rutgers University-Newark Talent and Opportunity Pathways program, or RU-N to the TOP, is a financial aid program that provides a “last-dollar” scholarship,to Rutgers University-Newark for students who enroll starting in Fall 2016.Students must be a resident of the City of Newark or a graduate of New Jersey County College and have a total household income of $60,000 or less.
