The Rosen Foundation Scholarship was established in 1994 for residents of the Tangelo Park neighborhood for at least two years and who graduate from Tangelo Park high schools in Orange County, Florida. The award covers full tuition, room and board, and living expenses on a first dollar basis. Students can attend any in-state public or private college, university, or vocational program. The program is funded by Mr. Harris Rosen.
