Rio Hondo College Promise

    The Rio Promise was launched for the 2017-2018 school year to provide graduates of all Whittier Union, El Monte Union, and El Rancho Unified high schools with a free year of tuition at Rio Hondo College, as well as academing counseling and support with university transfers.This is a last dollar program.
