RichmondCC Guarantee

    The RichmondCC Guarantee was established in 2015 for residents of Richmond-Scotland County. The award provides full tuition on a last dollar basis for students who took at least two dual enrollment courses at Richmond Community College. High school graduates must also meet merit requirements. The program is funded by Richmond Community College's Follett bookstore funds.
