Richmond College and Career Promise

    Richmond College and Career Promise was established in 2015 for North Carolina residents. The award provides full tuition for dual enrollment courses on a first dollar basis taken by 11th and 12th grade students at Richmond Community College. The program is funded by the State Board of Education and State Board of Community Colleges.
