Richard A. Ash Scholarship

The Richard A. Ash Scholarship as established in 2005 for residents of Philadelphia. The award provides, generally, $1000 to $5000 for current high school seniors or current undergraduate students who are seeking a college education. Students must meet the need based requirement. The award is given on a first dollar basis. The program is funded by the Philadelphia Foundaton who is funded by various individuals, families, businesses and organizations.
