Power of YOU

    The Power of YOU program was established in 2006 for graduates of St. Paul or Minneapolis public or charter high schools. The award provides full tuition and fees on a last dollar basis for students attending St. Paul College or Minneapolis Community and Technical College. High school graduates must also meet income requirements. The program is funded by St. Paul College, Minneapolis Technical and Community College, and a Minnesota State Grant surplus.
