Philadelphia Education Fund "Last Dollar Scholarship"

The Philadelphia Education Fund Last Dollar Scholarship was established in 1990 for students who graduate from Bartram, Kensington CAPA, Olney Charter, Paul Robeson, or Roxborough High Schools. Students must also meet income requirements. The award provides between $200 to $5,000 on a last dollar basis to any public or private college or university. The program is funded by Philadelphia Education Fund.
