Peoria Promise
The Peoria Promise was established in 2008 for residents of Peoria. The award provides up to full tuition and fees on a last dollar basis to Illinois Central College. Amounts vary based on length of attendance in schools within the Peoria city limits. The program is funded through corporate and individual donors.
