Pasadena City College Promise
The Pasadena City College Promise was established in 2017 for students who have earned a high school diploma or equivalent from any public or private high school within the Pasadena Area Community College District. The award covers students’ credit fees, comparable to tuition, which are paid on every unit for which the student registers for one year at Pasadena City College. Awards are on a last dollar basis. The program is funded by the State of California.
