Oregon Promise
The Oregon Promise was established in 2015 for Oregon residents of at least one year who attend Oregon high schools. The award provides last dollar awards to meet full tuition or a first dollar award if state and federal grants already cover tuition at in-state public 2-year colleges. Students must also meet merit requirements. The program is funded by state appropriations.
