Oregon Opportunity Grants

The Oregon Opportunity Grant (OOG) was established in 1971 for Oregon residents who attend Oregon high schools. The program provides approximately $2,100 a year on a last dollar basis for any in-state public or private college or university. Students must also meet income requirements. The program is funded by state taxes.
