North Carolina Career and College Promise
The North Carolina Career and College Promise was established in 2012 for North Carolina residents attending North Carolina high schools. The program covers full tuition for dual enrollment courses at any North Carolina community colleges. The program is funded by the State Board of Education and State Board of Community Colleges.
