New Jersey Community College Opportunity Program
The New Jersey Community College Opportunity Program is a statewide college promise program offering free tuition to first-time college students enrolling in any of 18 county colleges in the state. To be eligible for this program, students must reside in the state, complete the FAFSA, and have an adjusted gross income between $0-$65,000. This award is given out on a last dollar basis.
