Muskegon Promise

    The Muskegon Area Promise was established in 2015 for residents within Muskegon Area Intermediate School District who attend district high schools. The award provides full tuition at Muskegon Community College or Baker College of Muskegon on a last dollar basis. Students must also meet merit requirements. The program is funded by individual donations and state funds available to Muskegon.
