Montgomery County Ohio College Promise was established in 2009 for Montgomery County residents. The program chooses 50 8th grade students each year and students can earn a scholarship to Wright State University, Central State University, Miami University, or Denison University. A limited number of scholarships are also available at Kettering College and University of Dayton. Students must also meet income requirements. The program is funded by the Dayton Foundation and individual donors.
