Milliken Promise Scholarship was established for residents of Pennsylvania attending high schools that participate in Communities in Schools Program. The scholarship is a partnership between Harrisburg University of Science and Technology and the Communities in Schools program. Students must be enrolling full-time at Harrisburg University to be eligible. The award covers tuition after all grants and after $3,500 in student loans. Awards are on a last dollar basis.
