Los Rios Promise

    Los Rios Promise was established in 2018 for California residents. It offers first year, full time students free tuition at American River College, Cosumnes River College, Folsom Lake College, or Sacramento City College. The financial award is granted as a last dollar disbursement and requires that students be enrolled for one year in order to receive the full award.
