La Crosse Promise
La Crosse Promise was established in 2012 for families who build and renovate single-family homes in a La Crosse Promise Neighborhood and reside in home for at least four years. The award provides up to $50,000 to be distributed among dependents on a first dollar basis. The program is funded by La Crosse Community Foundation and individual donors.
