Jefferson-Can Community Scholars Program

    Jefferson-Can Community Scholars Progra was established in 2007 for residents of New York in the Jefferson or Lewis County. The award pays for the first year of tuition at Jefferson COmmunity College for students who graduate in the top 15% of their class. Awards are on a last dollar basis. The program is funded by the JCC Foundation, Mr. Can, and the NNYFC
