Hathaway Scholarship: Provisional

    Hathaway Scholarships - Provisional was established in 2005 for Wyoming residents. The award provides $840 per semester on a first dollar basis to in-state public 2-year institutions. Students must also meet merit requirements of the Hathaway awards. The program is funded by a state endowment.
