Dyer County Promise

    The Dyer County Promise Scholarship was established in 2006 for Dyer County residents at least 12 months before enrollment. The award is for $675 a year on a first dollar basis to Dyersburg State Community College or the TCAT-Newbern. The program is funded by Dyerburg City and Dyer County governments.
