Detroit College Promise

    The Detroit College Promise was established in 2009 for Detroit residents who attend Detroit Public Schools from 9-12th grades. The award is not guaranteed, but may cover the first year of college at any in-state public 2-year or 4-year institution on a first dollar basis. The program is funded by Detroit Public Schools Foundation.
