DC College Access Program

DC College Access Program was established in 1999 for students attending public or public charter high school in Washington DC. The award provides direct counseling and up to $2,070 per year for tuition, books, supplies, travel, room and board. Awards are on a last dollar basis. The program is funded by various private donors.
