College of Alameda Promise
College of Alameda promised was established in 2016 for residents of the Alameda County and City who graduate from Alameda Science and Technology Institute or Encinal High School. The award provides a $250 book stipend, college transfer assistance, intensive academic support, a year of college without fees, and a laptop for students who enroll full time at College of Alameda. Awards are on a last dollar basis. The program is funded by private donors.
