Cleveland County Promise

    Cleveland County Promise was introduced in 2014 for any high school graduates in Cleveland County. The award covers full tuition and fees at any public or private 2-year or 4-year college. The program is still actively raising funds by through community partnerships to the Cleveland County Promise nonprofit.
