Cerro Coso Promise
The Cerro Coso Promise is for residents in Kern Community College District Service Area in California and graduated, within the last 2 years, of one of the high schools within the Kern Community College District service area. The award provides up to $1,000 per semester for 2 years at Cerro Coso Community College. Students must also meet merit requirements. Awards are on a last dollar basis. The program is funded by the Cerro Coso Community Foundation, the Kern Community College District and the California College Promise Innovation Grant Program.
