Catamount Commitment
The Catamount Commitment was established in 2016 for residents of Vermont who attend the University of Vermont starting in Fall 2017. Students must be eligible for the Federal Pell Grant and will pay no tuition, no comprehensive fee, acceptance fee, or study abroad fee. The program is last-dollar, covering all costs not covered by the Pell Grant and other in-state scholarships at the institution. The program is funded by the University of Vermont.
