Bay Commitment First Generation Scholarship

    The Bay Commitment Scholarship was established in 2008 for Bay County residents who attend Bay County schools for all four years of high school. The award provides at least $2,00 by the Bay Area Community Foundation, to create a sustainable scholarship program. Students can use the award at Delta College or Saginaw Valley State University. The program is funded by the Bay Area Community Foundation.
