Barstow College Promise

    The Barstow College Promise Program was established in 2017 for high school graduates from the Barstow Unified School District, Baker Valley Unified School District and Silver Valley Unified School District who enroll at Barstow Community College and plan to earn a certificate or degree. Recipients of the Barstow College Promise will receive a waiver covering all enrollment fees on a last dollar basis and a book stipend.
