Baltimore County College Promise Scholarship
The Baltimore County College Promise Scholarship was founded to cover tuition and fees for Baltimore County residents who graduated from a public, private, or parochial high school, home instruction program, or GED recipient within the last four years. This financial award is dispensed on a last dollar basis and requires a minimum 2.3 unweighted cumulative high school GPA, as well as an adjusted gross family income of under $85,000 as determined by FAFSA submission.
