21st Century Scholars
The 21st Century Scholars Program was established in 1990 for Indiana residents who attend Indiana middle and high schools. Students can enroll beginning in 7th or 8th grade and receive financial support on a first dollar basis. High school graduates must also meet income and merit requirements. Students can attend any in-state public 2-year or 4-year institution. The program is funded by Indiana state appropriations.
