Rusk TJC Citizens Promise

The Rusk TJC Citizens Promise was established in 2014 for graduates of Rusk High School who have attend at least 11th and 12th grades there and who reside in Rusk School District. The award provides up to $8,000 for 2 years to be used towards tuition, fees, books, or housing on a last dollar basis at Tyler Junior College. Students must also meet merit requirements. The program is funded by Citizens 1st Bank, James I. Perkins Family Foundation, and Tyler Junior College.
