MiraCosta Promise

The MiraCosta Promise was established in 2017 for students who are residents of California or AB 540 eligible and are high school graduates from an accredited high school within the boundaries of the MiraCosta Community College District. The award provides a year of college without fees and also provides up to $1000 in tuition assistance toward textbooks and instructional supplies for students who will attend MiraCosta College. The program is primarily funded from a variety of current resources and private donations to the MiraCosta College Foundation.
