Benton Harbor Promise (MI Promise Zone)

The Benton Harbor Promise was established in 2011 for students residing in Benton Harbor Promise Zone. The award is pro-rated and provides up to two years of tuition for any community college or vocational program in Michigan. The program is funded partially by a state education tax and through individual donations.
